Terms of Service

Version 1.3, effective 10 October 2026 · History

In short

  • You own what you make. We don't train AI models on your content.
  • You see what things cost before you start, and failed results are never charged.
  • Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
  • Use it lawfully: no deception, no abuse, no content that harms people.

Who we are

InksForm is an AI studio for images, video, voice, websites, documents and marketing. It is operated by SIA Inksform, registered in the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia under number [Registration number], address Nometnu iela 3-14, Riga, LV-1048, Latvia, VAT number [VAT number] ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@inksform.com or +371 20 014 330.

These terms apply when you create an account or use the service. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may bind that company, and "you" means the company.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and give accurate details.
  • Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account and in workspaces you own.
  • Workspace owners decide who joins and what each member may do. Work made in a workspace is stored there and stays there if a member leaves; who owns the rights to it is between the workspace owner and its members.

The service

We keep improving InksForm, so tools may change, and new ones may start as previews. We change the service only for a valid reason, such as new features, security, the law, or a provider withdrawing a model, and at no extra cost to you. If a change makes your paid plan clearly worse, we tell you by email at least 30 days ahead, and you can end your plan free of charge within 30 days of the change and get back the prepaid part for the time left.

If the service doesn't work as described, consumers have the rights EU and Latvian law give: we bring it back into line, and if we can't or don't within a reasonable time, you can have the price reduced or end the contract. These rights last for as long as we supply the service.

AI makes mistakes. Check results before you rely on them or publish them, especially facts, prices, names and anything legal, medical or financial.

Plans, credits and payments

  • The free plan includes a monthly amount of credits. Paid plans include more credits each month and renew automatically until you cancel. A plan's price pays for the credits it includes each period; the other features come with them.
  • Tools show what an action costs before you start. For multi-step jobs, such as building a website, you see an estimate, and steps that run automatically (like the design check after a first build) are charged at the rates shown in the app. If an action fails, you're not charged; if we charge by mistake, we return the credits.
  • On paid plans, unused monthly credits roll over to the next month, up to half of your monthly amount, once rollover is available on your plan. Credit packs you buy don't expire while your account is open.
  • Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred outside your account or workspace.
  • Prices include VAT where it applies. We sell plans and credit packs ourselves; payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page, and your card details go to Stripe, never to us. Stripe emails a receipt for each payment.
  • Purchases go to your Personal account. If you own an organisation, you can move credits into it from Personal, or let it top up from Personal when it runs short.
  • Plans renew at the end of each period (a month or a year) at the price you chose, until you cancel. Yearly plans are paid once a year and their credits arrive each month.
  • Credits are supplied as soon as you pay. At checkout you ask for this and agree that your right of withdrawal ends for credits you use; credits you haven't used stay refundable as Refunds and withdrawal explains.
  • If a payment is refunded or disputed, the credits it bought that you haven't used yet are taken back. Credits you've already used are never taken back and your balance never goes below zero.
  • We may change plan prices for future billing periods. We tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price, and you can cancel before then.

Cancelling, refunds and your right of withdrawal

You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan & credits → Manage subscription, in a couple of clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, doesn't renew, and you go back to the free plan; credits you bought stay yours.

Refunds and the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and EEA are explained in Refunds and withdrawal. You can always withdraw using Withdraw from contract here.

What you make, and what you let us do with it

You own your prompts, uploads and the results you create, as far as the law allows. AI results may not be protected by copyright everywhere, and similar results may be created by other people.

You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your content only to run the service for you: to generate results, show your work to you and to the people you share it with, publish what you choose to publish, and keep backups. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for backups that expire on their normal schedule.

We don't train AI models on your content, and neither do our AI providers, Google and Anthropic, under their paid API terms.

You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload, and for how you use results, including commercial use, trademarks and people's likenesses.

Where results carry machine-readable marks showing they were made with AI, don't remove or alter them. See AI at InksForm.

Using the service fairly

Follow the Acceptable use policy. We may remove content, pause features or suspend accounts that break it, and we tell you why and how to challenge it, as the Acceptable use policy explains.

Websites and content you publish

You're responsible for the websites, posts and pages you publish with InksForm: their content, the legal pages your business needs, and the personal data you collect through them. For personal data about other people that you put into InksForm, our Data Processing Agreement applies.

As a hosting provider we act on valid notices of illegal content. Anyone can report content at Report content.

Services you connect

If you connect your own accounts, such as Claude, GitHub, Vercel or your own Supabase project, their terms govern your use of them. We use the keys you give us only to do what you ask, and keep them encrypted on our servers.

Availability

We work to keep InksForm available, with daily database backups, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted. We announce planned maintenance where we can.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time in Account. We may end or suspend the service for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the service. In that last case we give you at least 30 days' notice and refund unused prepaid periods and credits you bought but haven't used.

Before an account is deleted you can download your data in Account.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, our total liability to a business customer is limited to the greater of €100 and the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data you could have exported.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for a valid reason: changes in the law or a regulator's or court's decision, changes to the service, security needs, or changes in our providers' terms that affect you. We tell you about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect, in the app and by email, and show the new version with its effective date. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect, and we refund any prepaid part of your plan that runs past that date.

Every version and what changed is listed in this page's history.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in your local courts.

Please talk to us first at info@inksform.com; most things can be solved quickly. If you're a consumer and we can't solve a complaint together, you can contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs, ptac.gov.lv) and its Consumer Disputes Resolution Commission, or the consumer authority where you live.

For business customers, the courts of Riga, Latvia, have jurisdiction.
