Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.1, effective 9 October 2026 · History

In short

  • Create freely, but not to deceive, harm or break the law.
  • No sexual content involving minors, no non-consensual intimate images, no fake content about real people without their consent.
  • No scams, phishing, malware, spam or hate.
  • We remove what breaks this policy and may suspend accounts.

Never allowed

  • Sexual content involving minors, in any form. We report it to the authorities.
  • Intimate or sexual images of real people without their consent.
  • Deepfakes or impersonation meant to deceive: making real people appear to say or do things they didn't, or pretending to be another person, brand or official body.
  • Phishing, scam or fake shops, fake reviews, and sites or messages that trick people into giving money or data.
  • Malware, attempts to break into systems, or attacks on InksForm or anyone else.
  • Harassment, threats, and content that promotes violence or hatred against people for who they are.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other people's rights.
  • Spam, including unsolicited bulk messages and messages to people who haven't agreed to hear from you.
  • Content that is illegal where you publish it, or in the EU.

AI-specific rules

  • Label realistic AI images, audio and video of real people or events as AI-generated when you publish them, as the EU AI Act requires. Don't remove or alter the AI marks on files.
  • Don't present AI-generated text on matters of public interest as human-written without human editorial review.
  • Don't use InksForm to give professional medical, legal or financial advice as if it came from a qualified person.
  • Don't generate content to influence elections through deception.

Fair use of the service

  • Don't get around credits, limits or access controls, create accounts to collect free credits, or resell access without our agreement.
  • Don't scrape the service, overload it, or use it to build a competing model.

What happens if the policy is broken

How we moderate. Community posts go through an automated safety check (run with Claude by Anthropic) before they're published; posts it flags aren't published or are held for review. A post reported by three people is hidden automatically until a person reviews it. A person reviews every report sent through Report content. Depending on how serious a breach is, we may remove or hide content, unpublish a site, pause features or suspend an account.

Reasons and appeal. When we restrict your content or account, we tell you what we did, why (the law or rule it breaks and the facts), whether automated tools were involved, and how to challenge it, unless we have no way to contact you or an authority tells us not to. You can ask a person to review any decision within 6 months by replying to our message or writing to info@inksform.com, and you can always go to court. Serious crimes are reported to the authorities.
