Watch the AI work
When the AI builds a song, adds captions or makes a sound, the editor now plays it in step by step: tracks, clips and captions arrive one after another, and every tool's wait has a look of its own.
Before, the AI's work appeared all at once. Now you can watch it happen in the editor itself. Everything you see is what the AI actually made, and the end result is the same as before.
- Music, Pro: as a song is built, each instrument gets its track, clips draw in from left to right, the playhead follows the writing, and the mixer's faders glide to their levels. The status line says what's landing, like “Bass · bar 9”.
- Stems: when you split a track, each instrument comes out of the original track as its own lane.
- Video editor: auto captions appear along the timeline one after another while the playhead follows them, and a sound made with Create with AI draws in on its track.
- One undo still takes it all back, and the AI's changes in Music (parts, “Mix it for me”) play in the same way.
- Waiting looks like the tool you're in: a photo developing, film frames running, a 3D wireframe turning, an equaliser, lines filling a page, cells filling a sheet, a page assembling, pages being read. The bar shows real progress when we can measure it and an estimate when we can't.
- With Reduce Motion on, results appear at once and nothing moves.
