Assistants that work together
The Legal and Accountant assistants now reach every tool: ask them from anywhere, make a document, sheet or slides from an answer, and every editor's assistant points you to the right place when a request belongs somewhere else.
Ask the assistant a question about the law, VAT or taxes on any page and it sends it to the Legal or Accountant assistant, which answers from the official texts in a case in your project while you carry on. When the answer is there, turn it into what you need.
- Make from this: under every answer, make a document, a checklist sheet or slides from it, in the case's project, with its sources and its "Needs a professional" note kept.
- Understood first: ask Legal or the Accountant to make something ("fill in an Excel of my deadlines", "slides about GDPR for my team") and it offers to make it in the right tool instead of charging for a legal answer. Only real questions about the rules are answered and charged.
- From your work: the assistant reads a case like any other project, so "a sheet from this case" or "a letter based on my research" uses the real facts.
- Only when it fits: a contract, an invoice, an expense sheet or a website that sells now suggest a check with Legal or the Accountant; everything else stays as it was.
- Never a dead end: when you ask an editor's assistant for something it doesn't do (a contract in the 3D studio, a website in the music studio), it says where it's done, with a button to do it right there with the assistant or open that tool with your words in it.
