Organisations: one shared space for your team, and signing in with a code
Make an organisation, invite people by email or with a link, and everything made inside it is shared with them. Personal stays yours. Signing in is one email field: a code and a link, no password.
Signing in and creating an account are now the same step, and nothing needs a password.
- Type your email and tap Continue. The email has a code and a link: type the code (your phone may fill it in for you) or tap the link. The code also works when you read the email on another device, and links only work when you tap them, so mail scanners can't use them up.
- Continue with Apple or Google when you prefer. If you set a password before, Use a password instead still works.
- Send again after a minute, Use a different email, and plain words when a code is wrong or has expired.
Organisations
- New organisation, from the switcher at the top of the sidebar (or Home on a phone): a name and, if you like, your Brand Kit's logo.
- Everything made inside it (projects, documents, Library files, Brand Kits, tasks and the calendar) is shared with its members. Your Personal space stays private, and assistant chats stay yours everywhere.
- Invite people by email, even before they have an account: the email leads them through signing up and they land inside. Or switch on an invite link that works for 1, 7 or 30 days, and make a new one any time.
- Roles: owner, admins (invite and remove people, change roles and the link), members (work on everything), viewers (see everything) and guests (see only what you share with them).
- Move a project here brings a project from Personal into the organisation with its work and files.
- Credits: an organisation has its own. Its owner moves credits in from Personal with Move credits…, and when work runs short, just the difference comes from the owner's personal credits automatically (switch it off in Settings → Organisations). Moved credits keep their end date.
- Removing someone never removes their work: it stays with the organisation. Leave, hand it on with Transfer ownership, or delete it, in Settings → Organisations.
- The switcher always says where you are, and each browser tab keeps its own space.
