A Legal assistant and an Accountant assistant that quote the law
Ask about cookies, consumer rights, VAT or invoices for your business. Answers quote Latvian and EU law word for word, say which version and how sure they are, and when to see a professional.
Two new assistants work from the law of your business's country and the scope of your project. They read your project (its brief, website and documents) and the official texts, and answer for your business. They're AI, not lawyers or accountants, and they say so.
- Answers come from the laws themselves: Latvian laws read live from likumi.lv and EU law from EUR-Lex. Every quote and number is checked in code against the words read; what doesn't match is taken out.
- Each answer says which country's law it used, the version and the date it was read, how sure it is and why, and when a lawyer or an accountant should check before you act.
- A free checklist for your business: registering, VAT and the One Stop Shop, invoices, records, your website's details and privacy notice, cookie consent, customers' 14-day right of withdrawal, employment and the AI Act, each with the law's own words. Deadlines go to your Calendar.
- Drafts in Docs: a privacy policy, terms of sale with the withdrawal form, an NDA, a service agreement and a VAT invoice in Latvian and English, filled from your project and marked to review before use.
- The Accountant assistant checks an invoice against what the VAT Law asks for, and sorts a list of expenses into a sheet with VAT notes.
- Latvia and the EU are covered in depth. Other countries get general guidance, clearly marked. Nothing is ever filed or signed for you: it prepares, you submit.
