InksForm Business and InksForm Social

The app is now two products in one account. Business holds the work you do for your company. Social is your network. Nothing moved address: old links and bookmarks open where they always did.

Business

• A dashboard that opens on what needs you: tasks due, meetings today, open tickets and new leads, with today's calendar and your newest documents beside them.
• One-tap starts for a document, a sheet, a presentation, a template, a file to convert, a meeting, a task or a research question.
• Docs, Sheets, Slides, PDF tools and Convert, the team's tasks, calendar, meetings, tickets and knowledge base, Leads and Research all live here now.
• In an organisation, owners and admins see its members and credits at a glance.
• Legal and Accountant assistants are on the way. Their places are already on the dashboard.

Social

• The Feed, Search, posting, Messages and Calls, your profile, stories and reels, under one name with its own colour.
• Unread messages count on Social; new leads count on Business.

Finding your way

• The sidebar reads Home, Projects, Create, Business, Social and You.
• On iPhone the tab bar holds Home, Projects, Create, Business and Social. You is your picture at the top of the screen, with Settings and Control Center.
• Search still knows the old names: People, Team and the rest find their new places.
• Back always works: it takes you to where you were, or one level up when you opened a link. On a computer the path above the page takes you to any level in one click, and ⌘[ goes back. On iPhone, hold Back to see the whole path.
