Always know which space you're in

When you work in an organisation, its name is at the top of every screen, and switching between it and Personal is its own clear control. Your Personal work and credits never seem to disappear.

The People app icon

Projects, the Library and credits belong to a space: Personal, or an organisation you're in. Opening an empty organisation could make it look as if your work and credits were gone, when they were safe in Personal. Now you can't miss where you are.

  • In an organisation, its logo and name sit at the top of every page, with a thin line in the Business colour along the top bar. Personal keeps the calm, usual look.
  • Tap the name (or the card at the top of the sidebar) to see all your spaces with what's in each: projects, items, and credits where they're yours to see. Organisations show their credits to owners and admins.
  • Switching tells you where you're going: "Switching to Kalna Studio, an organisation. Your Personal work stays in Personal." The first time you enter an organisation, it says what's shared there.
  • Making or joining an organisation never moves you into it. You get an "Open" button instead, and stay where you were until you choose.
  • Plan & credits in an organisation shows its own credits under its name, with "Your Personal credits" right below and a Switch button. Low-credit warnings say whose credits they are.
  • Home, Projects and the Library in an organisation say so at the top, with a link back to your Personal projects.
  • After a while away, or a new sign-in, the space is pointed out once on your first screen. If you lost access to a space, the app opens Personal and tells you why.
