Tell the AI about your business once
Write down what you do, who you serve and how you sound, add a few documents, and every AI in InksForm uses it.
You no longer have to explain your business every time you ask for something.
- Settings → About your business has six short parts: what you do, your customers, what you offer, how you sound, facts to get right, and your website. Add up to five documents too.
- Personal and each business account have their own.
- A project can have its own About on its page, for a client or a launch.
- The writers, the website builder and the assistant read both, so drafts start from your facts and your voice.
- A business account's Dashboard opens with its own assistant, with suggestions from what needs you: new leads, late tasks, open tickets and today's meetings.
- A project page has an Assistant section that knows the project and suggests up to three next steps from its newest work.
