Your new leads, in Telegram

Connect your own Telegram bot and get every new lead in a private chat, a group or a channel, with a button that opens it.

The Settings app icon

Telegram now connects in Settings → Connections, with a bot of your own, under your business's name.

  • Make a bot with @BotFather in two messages and paste its token. It's kept encrypted on our server.
  • Link a private chat, a group your team is in, or a channel, with a code that works once for 15 minutes.
  • Every new lead from your website's forms arrives there as a message, with Open lead to see it in full.
  • Switch leads off for any chat, unlink it, or send a test. Remove the bot from a chat and it's unlinked by itself.

Messages arrive the moment a lead comes in: Telegram tells us straight away, nothing waits for a check.
