Projects keep everything for one goal together
Make a project for a launch, a client or an event, and everything you make for it stays together on its own page: pictures, videos, the website, posts, ads, documents and songs. Quick things stay in My work.
Projects is now the home of your work. Each project has its own page, and anything you make while you work in it goes straight in.
- New project in Projects, or New project… wherever you choose one. Give it a name; its page opens.
- Add on a project's page opens any tool inside the project. The Project chip at the top of every tool shows where new work goes, and changes it in one tap.
- A project's page shows its websites, pictures, videos, posts and ads, designs, documents, songs and 3D on their own shelves, with the people who made them, today's calendar and its tasks.
- Move to Project… in every ⋯ menu, and in the Library for many things at once. Work that isn't in a project is in My work.
- Share a project and everything in it is shared with it. Archive a project to keep it out of your list.
- Delete a project with everything in it, or only the project. Either way it waits in Recently deleted for 30 days, and recovering it brings its work back.
- Your launches are projects now, with their website, posts, ads, story and 3D scene inside.
- Ask the assistant to start a project or to put things into one. After it makes something, Add to project… files it.
- Home's Continue shows your recent work by project, and search finds projects by name.
