Plans and credit top-ups you can buy, and cancel just as easily
Pick a monthly or yearly plan, or top up 2,500, 6,500 or 16,000 credits, and pay on Stripe's secure page. Prices include VAT, bought credits never expire, and Manage subscription changes or cancels your plan in two taps.
Settings → Plan & credits now sells what it showed: the three plans and three top-ups, paid on Stripe's own checkout page. Nothing about your card ever reaches us.
- Top-ups: €10 for 2,500 credits, €25 for 6,500 and €60 for 16,000. Bought credits are used last and never expire.
- Plans: Starter, Pro and Business, monthly or yearly. Yearly is ten months' price, and your credits still arrive every month.
- Prices include VAT. What you see on the card is what you pay.
- Your credits arrive a moment after you pay, with a notice. The page tells you when they're in.
- Manage subscription opens Stripe's portal: change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then you're back on Free; nothing renews by surprise.
- A higher plan starts at once with the extra credits for the rest of the month; a lower one starts with your next period.
- Credits are added right away, so at checkout you agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends for credits you use; unused ones stay refundable. If a payment is refunded, only the credits you haven't used yet are taken back.
- Purchases go to your Personal credits. If you run an organisation, move them in from Settings → Organisations, or let it top up from Personal by itself.
