Meetings and calls, with notes that become pages and tasks

Meetings is new in Team: start a call now, schedule one with a calendar file, or join by a link or code.

• Calls go straight between the devices, encrypted end to end, for up to eight people. A safety code shows nobody came between you.
• Guests join by link from a browser and wait in the lobby until you let them in.
• Share your screen, pin someone, raise your hand, react, chat, read live captions and keep the call going in picture in picture.
• On iPhone, swipe the call down and it keeps going in the live activity pill while you use the app.
• Host controls: co-hosts, mute everyone, lock the meeting, remove someone, end for everyone, and an attendance report.
• AI notes, when the host turns them on: everyone sees it, and Summarise writes the summary, decisions and action items with owners. One tap saves them to the knowledge base, makes the tasks, or starts the work in Sites, Docs, Launch or the 3D studio.
• Call from any conversation, task, ticket, community event or a connection's profile, or ask the assistant to call someone.

Messages

• Reply, edit, react, pin, forward and save messages; delete for everyone or just for you.
• Polls, voice messages with a waveform and speed, and round video messages.
• Mentions, drafts, search, shared media, and read receipts when both of you turn them on.
