Choose each person's tools in a business account

Switch tools on or off for each person in your team, beside their role and monthly limit, and change it any time.

Each person's sheet in Settings → Business & team now has Tools, next to Role and Monthly limit.

  • One switch for each area: Pictures and design, Video, Websites and SEO, Documents and research, Posts and ads, Music and sound, 3D, and Legal and Accountant.
  • The owner and admins can change roles, limits and tools whenever they like, not only when someone joins. The owner always has every tool.
  • An area that's off is off for real: InksForm won't run AI work there for that person in this business account.
  • Opening a tool that's off shows a calm note saying who can switch it on, with a way to open it in Personal instead.
