One calendar for everything you have

Calendar is new in Team. It shows what you already have, where it lives, so nothing is entered twice.

• Day, Week and Month, and on iPhone a week strip over your day: swipe between days, tap a date in the month.
• Your meetings and calls, tasks and tickets with due dates, community events you're going to and your planned posts show by themselves.
• Add your own events: all day or timed, repeating, with alerts, a place or a call link, and a colour. Drag one to move it.
• Drag a task to another day in the month to change its due date.
• Plan my day or my week places time for your due tasks around your meetings, inside your working hours. You see the blocks first and add the ones you want; one Undo takes them away.
• Free hints: work past its date, and meetings back to back.
• Team shows your teammates' days side by side. Find a time picks when everyone is free and schedules the meeting.
• You choose who sees your days in Settings → Calendar: nobody, free or busy only, or full details. Private events always show only as busy.
• Reminders before your events, an alert as a meeting starts with Join, and a morning summary. Snooze any of them.
• Today on Home and Calendar in Control Center.
• Add to Calendar… in every piece of work's menu, Schedule time on a task, and New event in + and ⌘K.
• Bring events in from Apple, Google or Outlook with a calendar file, and save yours as one.
• The assistant can read your day, add an event, find a time with teammates and open the planner.
